I visited Sapa, north of Hanoi. Sapa has beautiful scene of terraced rice fields. Thanks to Jo for mailing from Vietnam.

Awesom Ban Gioc waterfall in Cao Bang near the China border. Golden harvest of rice in the foreground. A great addition to my postcard collection of waterfalls worldwide. Thanks to Jo for mailing from Saigon, cancelled on Dec 2, 2013 and arrived in Penang island on 11-12-13 - Dec 11, 2013.

I visited Ninh Binh, south of Hanoi and took a tourist boat ride through the rice fields and underneath the caves. Thanks to Victor of Singapore, who went on this same tour, for sending me this wonderful postcard which brought back fond memories. Nice stamp of Vietnamese pho noodles used. Postmarked Hanoi August 4, 2010 and arrived in Penang on August 12, 2010.
