Visited Battambang and mailed this postcard to myself from Battambang post office. Battambang (baht-dum-bong) means "lost the stick" and takes its name from a Khmer legend in which a royal herdsman lost the king's magic staff. Postage is 2,000 riel (50 US cents equivalent) but I used a 2,800 riel stamp. Mailed on March 13, 2017 and arrived on March 28, 2017.
