Desert Sidewinder Crolatus cerastes has a unide mode of travel over the hot desert by raising loops of its body to the side and pushes itself forward in a "S" shaped curve. The range is the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts, western Arizona, southern Nevada and extreme southwestern Utah to Mexico. Thanks to Cottonwood of Idaho, USA.
