Nice postcard of Balme Library. University of Ghana at Legon, 12 km northeast of Accra, Ghana. It is one of the oldest and most prestigeous universities of West Africa. Postmarked January 6, 2012 and arrived in Penang on January 19, 2012. Thanks to Uli of Austria who was travelling in Ghana.
