Transnistria - Tiraspol - my first postcard
Tiraspol is the second largest city in Moldova and is the capital and administrative centre of the de facto independent Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic - Transnistria. Transnitria stamps are used for local mailing while Moldovan stamps are used for international mail. This is my first postcard sent from Transnistria and so I am thrilled.
