Saint Pierre and Miquelon - Capital - Saint Pierre
I only learnt about Saint Pierre and Miquelon two years ago. When France left North America, they kept Saint Pierre and Miquelon as an important port for fishing in the rich North Atlantic Ocean off Canada. Note the SP&M has their own stamps. Thanks to Olive8 who was visiting this fishing community.
