What do I collect?

I enjoy travel, postcards and stamps.

Whenever I travelled, I often bought postcards. Great affordable easy-to-carry and easy-to-keep souvenir.

Then in January 2006, I thought it would be great to have postcards with stamps from different countries. Thus began a journey of collecting a postcard sent to me from every country and postal entity around the world.

The idea of someone getting a postcard, writing down the address, putting a stamp and dropping it into their mailbox and for the card to travel from one part of the world to my mailbox sounded really cool. Postcards sometimes never arrive for different reasons but when they do arrive, it is a great joy.

At the moment, I have received postcards sent from 226 countries and postal entities. If anyone can help me in sending me postcards from the remaining missing countries, I will be forever grateful and will help you meet your collection goals too.

The missing countries and postal entities are:
Abkhazia, Comoros, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia/Somaliland, South Sudan, South Ossetia, Tokelau
