The Pyramid and Sphinx of Giza is the only remaining Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It was considered an insult to be included in the voting of the Seven New Wonders of the World. So it has been given honorary listing together with the other New Seven Wonders of the World. Thanks to Heba for this wonderful card of the Light and Sound Show of Giza.

Egypt - Tutankhamun
Egypt - the land of pharaohs. This is the Gold mask of Tutankhamun who reigned between 1347-1337 BC. Its permanent exhibit is at the Cairo Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. Although I prefer a real postage stamp, in some countries, postal labels are what is available at some post offices. Anyway, they are unique and I enjoy them too. Received this mesmerizing postcard from Cielo who was on holiday in Egypt. Thanks so much.
