Rio–Antirrio Bridge or Charilaos Trikoupis Bridge, is one of the world's longest multi-span cable-stayed bridges. Spans over Gulf of Corinth near Patras, connecting Rio on Peloponnese peninsula to Antirrio on mainland Greece. It opened on eve of Athens 2004 Summer Olympics August 2004 for the Olympic Flame to cross. Thanks to Jean-Pierre of France.
