Azerbaijan - Artsakh - Nagorno Karabakh - my first postcard
Artsakh - Republic of Mountainous Gharabagh. Yippee... my first postcard mailed from the Nagorno Karabakh or Republic of Mountainous Gharabagh - a de facto autonomous republic inside Azerbaijian. Its population is primarily Armenian in origin. Postmarked November 19, 2012 and arrived in Penang on December 5, 2012. Thanks so much to Uli of Austria who visited this less travelled region.
