Postcard 1 - Bosnia Herzegovina - Mostar Bridge
The famous Mostar Bridge designed by the Ottoman (Turkish) architect Mimar Hayruddin. was blown into pieces in 1993 during the Balkan War. It rebuilt using the original pieces. Mostar Bridge spans over River Neretva. Postcard mailed using HP Mostar stamps. It is a UNESCO World Heritage. Thanks to Jasmin of Bosnia Herzegovinia.





Postcard 2 - Malaysia - Iskandar Bridge, Ipoh
The old Hugh Low Bridge renamed Iskandar Bridge across Kinta river was demolished and rebuilt  at RM10 million and reopened  on 2010. Nice mousedeer stamp used with signatures of postcrossers and special cancellation. Thanks to Eddie of Singapore who was visiting.






Postcard 3 - Thailand - Bridge of Burma Railway
The infamous Bridge over River Kwai of the Death Railway to Bruma from Thailand using prisoners of war and forced labour by the Japanese Occuping force was a wooden bridge that was bombed by the Allied force. This new bridge at Katchanaburi visited by thousands of tourists to the Death Railway was rebuilt in 1945 at a different location on the river.
