Wow... my first postcard sent from Republic of Srpska. Republika Srpska is one of two of the political entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are three postal system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am now looking for HP Mostar (Croatia administered) stamped postcard - anyone can help.
