China - Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai - 420m

Jin Mao Tower, 88 storey and designed like a tiered Chinese pagoda, was completed in 1999 and was the tallest building in China until 2007. It neighbor, Shanghai World Financial Center (with a rectangular hole at the top and nicknamed "Can Opener) , is now taller. Located in Lujiazhui, Pudong, it contains Shanghai Grand Hyatt. I bought these postcards during my visit to Shanghai in 2008.
