Kazakhstan - Kakaralinsk

Thanks to Jo for sending this nice postcard from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Jo wrote that Kazakhstan is the 9th largest country in the world and one of the 15 republics of the former Soviet Union - becoming an independent country in 1991.
